- Attending the Tribunal (NSW Civil Administrative Tribunal – NCAT) on your behalf

- Assisting with Housing Appeals Committee applications and hearings and other appeal applications
- Helping resolve repairs and maintenance issues
- Attending meetings and negotiating with your landlord including Housing NSW
- Providing referrals
- Completing individual at home visits
- Finding services that can assist you in dealing with issues outside of tenancy
